About Cultivators — built from a climate tech exit

Cultivators was founded by Amalia Helen and Tamir Kessel. Together we bring 25+ years of B2B growth, marketing, and business development experience — including steering the climate tech startup BreezoMeter to its acquisition by Google.

Our story

We started Cultivators because we watched too many strong climate innovations struggle to reach the market. The technology was ready; the commercial story wasn't. We had lived that gap ourselves as operators, and we knew what closes it.

Today we work with pre-seed to Series A climate, nature, and impact tech founders who need senior commercial guidance without hiring a full in-house team.
